the room was great and in a nice area, i must admit. the bathroom was okay and had good water pressure. i liked that opening the window allowed good airflow.
the airport pick up the hotel arranged have some problem. the car wouldn't start at each light, it stopped. the charge was 50 euros in cash, and taxis are 15 euros. also, the room smell Like A sewer, that wasn't good.

sewer smellnoisy street
my airport pickup had issues. the car struggled to start at every stop. i also felt overcharged paying 50 euros in cash when taxis cost 15 euros. there was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom. i had to keep the door closed and the room was noisy from the street. it was a pretty bad experience.

this place is located on rua augusta, the main pedestrian street, near restaurants and shopping spots. the metro and tram stops were close, and airport transport was easy. the central position allowed for quiet nights, despite being in the city's heart.
